Privacy, in plain words
Last updated October 2026.
Your photos and clips
They are uploaded straight to private storage and used for one thing: making your film. Nobody browses them. They are not used to train anything, and they are never shared or sold.
Uploads, the song and the preview are deleted thirty days after your film is delivered, or thirty days after a preview you didn't unlock. The finished film you paid for is kept for a year so you can download it again from your film's page. Email [email protected] and we will delete everything sooner.
Your answers
What you tell us about your pet is used to write the song and is stored with your order for the same period as the photos. Writing the lyrics and describing the photos uses an AI model; your answers and small thumbnails are sent to it for that purpose only.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. If the film isn't what you hoped for, you don't buy it; if something is wrong with a film you did buy, reply to your email and we'll put it right or refund you.
We email you the preview, the finished film, and at most two reminders if you haven't unlocked a preview. Reply to any of them to reach a person.
